Spelling - Statutory Word Lists
Below are the Statutory Word Lists for Year 3/4 and Year 5/6. Pupils are expected to be able to spell these words accurately by the end of Key Stage Two. The Year 3 and 4 spellings have been divided into year groups to make learning them more manageable. Below you will also find the Year 2 Common Exception words that pupils will have learnt in KS1 and some suggested activities that pupils to could use to learn their spellings.
